RISE ICE Datacenter research are on the OCP Marketplace

Recently OCP, Open Compute Project, released an update of their OCP Marketplace. On the OCP Marketplace, where you will find a comprehensive set of OCP offerings from our certified OCP Solution Providers designed to bring hyperscale innovation to the market. Solutions are based on OCP Accepted™ and OCP Inspired™ products as well as facilities which are OCP Ready™ certified. The sections are Integrated solutions, Facilities & services, Telecom & edge and Products.
RISE is presented in the Facilities & Services section. ICE Datacenter is an OCP Experience center in the EMEA region, offers Ecosystem service in the area of sustainability. RISE is an independent provider of research, development and consulting service for the OCP community.
ICE Data center (Infrastructure and Cloud research & test Environment) is a testbed focusing on digitalization and IT infrastructure. The center coordinates national research projects as well as the testing and development of all features in the technology stack; the infrastructure and building of data centers, edge and cloud applications, IT architecture and machine learning.

The environmental setup RISE provides for this type of testing is spacious and flexible pods with quick couplings for all infrastructures, creating a unique flexibility for facility testing. The pods contains:
- Floor solution to be able to switch between raised floor and slab
- Possibility to switch between liquid and free air cooling
- Easily reached IT infrastructure
- Possibility to exchange IT racks traditional and OCP
- Wind tunnels for servers and racks
- Climate chambers and heat chambers
- Liquid cooling testbed
