ICE is a good condition for companies to be able to use HPC

Europe is investing in both strengthening cutting-edge knowledge in research by ensuring an expanded infrastructure with supercomputers. A powerful investment to strengthen opportunities for industry, the public sector and SMEs to benefit from new opportunities to receive support from experts and to be able to work with more complex models and systems.
Every year, a EuroHPC week is arranged which brings together about 600-800 people who are currently part of the HPC ecosystem. The three days, which are done in cooperation with the President of the country, have the structure of the first day with external monitoring and will from both the Commission, Member States and other important actors. Jeanette Nilsson was active at this year's meeting in Paris and presented RISE ICE Datacenter
The following days are in-depth study with experts in research and industry. 31 countries have a joint project where we build HPC centers and exchange experiences to strengthen all countries' ability to help industry, the public sector and SMEs to use more tools to create conditions for sustainable development.
RISE is part of the Swedish center ENCCS and we participated in a workshop where we presented what users need to be able to benefit in an even better way from the investments that are now being made and those that are planned for the next 7 year period. A great interest in how we in Sweden work to find those who have the needs and help them further and that our test bed ICE has greater capacity than where several of the national centers have today.
Next year is EuroHPC Summit Week in Sweden and then we have a chance to show how far we have come and also that we are investing in quantity, which is now one of the new investment areas.
