Our EU project HEATWISE at E2DC 2025

Last week, the HEATWISE project was proudly presented at the 13th International Workshop on Energy-Efficient Data Centres (E2DC 2025) — a leading workshop for discussing cutting-edge research and innovations in sustainable digital infrastructure.

Çağatay Yılmaz from RISE Research Institutes of Sweden took the stage to showcase HEATWISE's mission to transform waste heat from data centres into valuable energy for buildings, advancing both energy efficiency and climate resilience.

The event was co-chaired by representatives from two of our esteemed project partners Ariel Oleksiak from Poznańskie Centrum Superkomputerowo-Sieciowe and Jon Summers from RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, highlighting the strong academic and industrial leadership within the HEATWISE consortium.
