Data Center heat recovery - interesting option or mandatory part of sustainable design?
Piotr Kowalski has written a article in the Polish magazine refrigeration och air conditioning. He is looking at the history and trends of recovering heat from data centre. He has reached out to us at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden to share our knowledge and experience from our vast field of research.
He describes our experiments with mealworm farming, vertical hydrophonic greenhouse farming, biomass drying and our use of fuelcells to power the data center and upgrading the heat without heat pump.
