Our recruitment process
Expertise, potential and dedication are attributes on which we place a high value when looking for new colleagues; this is why we are thorough in our recruitment process. Both for your benefit and for our own. Read about the key steps in our recruitment process.
1. Apply for a job
All of our job openings are available on our website, and you can apply through our recruitment platform. We’re committed to matching the right person with the right position for the best outcomes. Through your application, we seek to learn about your experience, motivations, and how we can grow together.
In our application process, we do not request a cover letter; instead, we ask you to answer a set of selected questions. This saves you time and ensures that we receive the information relevant to the specific position.
As soon as we receive your application, we will send you a confirmation via email.
2. We receive your application and begin the selection process
We examine your qualifications and experience in order to assess whether we may be a perfect match. If we believe you’re a good fit, we’ll contact you for an initial interview.
3. Interviews
We’ll meet online or in person at a RISE office. In either case, we want to explore your experience and personal competences in relation to the position. Should you proceed to the next stage, you’ll generally be invited to a second interview, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet with several RISE staff members.
4. Job-related personality tests
When recruiting managers and key roles, we use job-related personality tests. The tests are followed by a comprehensive interview with a RISE recruiter. If this applies to you, further information will be provided.
5. Checking references
For most of our recruitment processes, we perform digital reference checks.
6. Offer
If you are our final candidate, we will contact you with a job offer. If we are able to reach an agreement – which we certainly hope for – we will begin discussing the future and the best way to welcome you onboard. Please be aware that for certain positions, you may need to undergo a security check and/or provide a criminal record before receiving an employment offer.
7. Feedback
The recruitment process may span from a couple of weeks to several months. As a candidate, you’re always welcome to contact us at any point if you feel the process is taking too long. We aim to keep in touch with you during the process, but at the latest, you’ll hear from us once the position is filled.
