We have received the sad news that NextBioForm’s Chairman Jonas Fransson (Nanexa) has passed away after a short period of illness. Jonas was very much the driving force behind the creation of NextBioForm and did an outstanding work as chairman of the centre. He was constantly curious about new issues and consistently pushed for making NextBioForm better. His long experience and deep knowledge in industrial drug development was a fantastic resource that he generously shared. His passion for development of patient-friendly drug products was an inspiration for all in NextBioForm. He was a great support for the management team, a good leader and dear friend. He is going to be missed immensely.
Dr Helen Sjögren (Ferring) is the acting chairman of the board until the next General meeting.
