Summer is getting close, and we are all looking forward to a well-deserved holiday period after an intense spring term. The partners in NextBioForm met in Lund in the beginning of May to discuss the future of formulation and drug delivery for biologics. Read more about this exciting meeting below.
During spring, NextBioForm was invited by Vinnova to apply for funding for continuation for the competence centre into 2024. This opportunity was welcomed by the consortium, and we have developed a research programme covering completion of ongoing studies as well as initiation for new shorter project to implement findings form the research in the centre and to explore new possibilities.
The current research is now in a phase where several new publications are on their way. The upcoming conference New Horizons in drug formulation and delivery in Uppsala will be the focal point for disseminating the most recent research, and I hope to see you there!
