Spring welcomed us in Lund

16 May 2023, 09:39

With the arrival of spring, we all meet in Lund for the spring centre meeting. The theme for the meetings was The future of biologics. The meeting was split over two days, where the first day focused on inspirational presentations from participants of NextBioForm and external speakers on the topic of the future of biologics.

The presentations were followed by a workshop aimed at the challenges ahead in the space of biologics. The room was filled with enthusiastic discussions, and everything was consolidated into a virtual white board.

After an intense afternoon, the 42 participants headed over to the Botanical Garden and went on a guided tour of their magnificent flowers and plants. This was followed by a joint dinner and a lot of the discussions started during the workshop kept going into the night.

As the second day commenced, the work package leaders presented the progress during the last year and what they are planning for the coming year.

The day ended with a continuation of the workshop but with a focus on how the challenges could be addressed.

After two very productive days, the centre meeting closed for this time and the management team will bring all the ideas with them when planning for the year ahead.
