Cyber security requirements on Internet-connected consumer products and IoT products in UK mandatory from April 29 2024!

In parallel with CE marking or UKCA marking of products that are put on the market in the UK after April 29th 2024, a declaration is also required that the product also meets cyber security requirements.
Requirements apply for Internet-connected consumer products and IoT products, regardless of whether the product uses radio technology.
Requirements apply in parallel with CE- or UKCA-marking.
Manufacturers shall self-declare that they conform to the requirements listed in the applicable regulations, in a similar way as CE- or UKCA-marking.
