*Through the Robotlyftet project, the Automation Group developed a methodology for conducting Feasibility Studies. The project contributed to 211 automation checks (which companies applied for to receive investment support and skills development from the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth), 511 completed feasibility studies across Sweden, and 1,300 phone interviews conducted by an independent party to analyze the results. The Automation Group also participated as experts in the assessment of automation candidates (which formed the basis for their application to the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth). The interviews showed, among other results, the following: 80% of companies have invested or will invest within a year, 97% of companies stated that it led to the knowledge increase they expected, and 98% of companies reported that it reduced technical and financial risks.
