Contact RobertArticle 11 of the Drinking Water Directive affects everyone working with ordering, manufacturing, or development of materials that come into contact with drinking water. This course provides both knowledge and practical tools to manage and implement the new requirements in your organization. The course is led by experienced experts from RISE.
Please note that this course is only offered in Swedish.
In the EU's Drinking Water Directive, (EU) 2020/2184, Article 11 regulates the hygienic minimum requirements for materials in contact with drinking water, introducing new obligations that impact everyone working with drinking water supply.
The course can be tailored to meet the needs of your particular business. Its overall aim is to provide an in-depth understanding of the requirements and guidelines that apply to materials in contact with drinking water in accordance with Article 11.
Through lectures, interactive exercises, and sharing experiences, you'll learn how the requirements affect different players in the supply chain, how they can be put into practice, and what adjustments might be needed in your business. You will receive support in developing an implementation plan and guidance on interpreting the directive.
The course also covers strategies for communicating the requirements to stakeholders such as suppliers and purchasers, as well as how to set the right requirements for subcontractors and collaborate with other actors in the water supply sector to facilitate compliance with Article 11.
The course is aimed at both the public and private sectors, and in particular at professionals who work with the ordering, manufacture, or development of products with materials in contact with drinking water.
The course is led by experienced experts from RISE in the field, offering participants the opportunity to engage in discussions and Q&A sessions.
