d.centre|EU is a movement coordinated by RISE, Research Institutes of Sweden and TU/e, Eindhoven University of Technology. The main drivers, among the great number of international partners, are the Department of Industrial Design of the University of Bologna and Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft.
As of September 2023, the collaborative process of drafting the EU Design Agenda, has involved in different ways and modalities, more than 440 people and 200 organisations.
