It is no longer enough to create solutions for the norm, therefore there is a need for inclusive system innovation. All change comes from people's commitment. Excluding large groups in the development does not have the desired effect on system change, and means that we tend to focus on the wrong things. By questioning who has the power to change and how we create the conditions for inclusion in societal change, we can create more sustainable, long-term change, for more people.
