Succeeding at services - innovation with the customer in focus

Which companies do customers find most innovative? Why do they succeed better than others and what can you do to get there? At this webinar, you will get an introduction to how service innovation in combination with customer needs-driven development can become a recipe for success. The topic is just as relevant for you who deliver physical products as for you who are a service provider. Speakers: Nina Löfberg, Karlstad University and Mathias Duell, RISE.

The presentation is about shifting the focus from product to creating value for the customer and thus creating new business opportunities.

To succeed in this, companies need to understand the market and how it is changing. You also need to understand what customers' everyday life looks like and how to find solutions that make life easier for the customer. It can e.g. is about creating value in the form of time savings, user-friendliness or increased availability.

All this and more will be discussed based on practical examples, research, and the Swedish Innovation Index.

A collaboration between RISE, the Future Company and Johanneberg Science Park, which is funded by the Västra Götaland region and the European Regional Development Fund.
