Knowledge and visions in complex systems
Our Participatory Speculative Design (PSD) supports organisations in shaping potential futures based on the relationships between individuals, organisations, and societal systems. We combine participatory design, speculative exploration, aesthetic and embodied prototyping, and systems thinking to help organisations move beyond quick solutions and linear planning.
We create spaces where multiple futures can be imagined, made tangible, and reflected upon together. Our method acknowledges that people start from different presents, levels of agency, and expertise. Through participation and tangible prototypes, we help participants connect to their future selves, understand their role within larger systems, and identify meaningful actions they can take both individually and as part of an organisation. The result is increased future awareness, shared vision, and organisational resilience, grounded in practical insight.
