Purpose/Benefit:ATEX archiving helps you meet the requirements for the retention and availability of technical documentation in accordance with the ATEX Directive. The service provides a secure, independent, and long-term solution for managing important product documentation.
The service is particularly relevant for companies without an establishment within the EU and for organizations that want to simplify document management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Method (what/which methods are used to perform the service):You submit the technical documentation to RISE for secure archiving. The documentation is stored for the agreed retention period and handled with a high level of confidentiality. When required, the documentation can be made available to competent authorities through an agreed process.
Delivery (what does the client get after performed service – e.g. a report, certificate etc.):Through ATEX archiving at RISE, you get a secure and long-term solution for the preservation of technical documentation. As a state-owned and independent research institute, RISE offers secure archive environments as well as well-established routines for long-term storage, traceability and confidentiality. This gives you peace of mind that the documentation is preserved, protected and handled responsibly throughout the archiving period
