Purpose

New manufacturing processes and handling of new materials in battery production and recycling give potential exposure to, for example, isocyanates, solvents, metals and dust. To include both chemical and physical work environment in the workflow during new construction and renovation is important.

Method

RISE has a wide range and experience in chemical analyses in different types of production environments and knowledge to minimize chemical health risks for production personnel. We adapt the sampling plan in dialogue with the business and current production conditions. The sampling can study both individual work steps and relate to applicable limit values in the work environment.

Delivery

The results are compiled in a report in Swedish or English, in PDF format. The results are related to applicable limit values. This can be used in risk assessments as part of the systematic work environment work (SAM).
