I have extensive experience in leading and participating in complex projects relating to packaging in the value cycle, mapping of production environments, analysis of collected data and packaging development. I work on both research projects and customer assignments, often in international collaborations.
My expertise includes primary and transport packaging, user studies, and openability, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. I provide training in packaging knowledge, currently with a strong focus on the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). Since 2015, I have served as secretary of the Swedish Carrier Bag Group and am actively involved in standardisation work.
I have contributed to several research and standardisation projects focusing on sustainability, usability, and accessibility. Examples include EFORWOOD, Smedpack, Wouldwood, Mistra Food Futures, and ECBP (Enabling Circular Biobased Packaging), as well as international standards for ease of opening and accessible design.
