Transformational leader with special expertise linked to inclusive system innovation.

All change comes from people's engagement. Excluding large groups in development work does not have the desired effect on system change and transformation, and means that we tend to focus on the wrong things. By questioning who has the power to change and how we create the conditions for inclusion in societal change, we can create more sustainable, long-term change, for more people.

Engaged in a number of large transformation projects in a range of areas, but where the focus is on leadership, capacity building and driving the process forward, rather than the issue itself. Very committed to inclusion, transformation, resilience and creative and cultural industries.
