- Default sensor: 3-axis Hall sensor (SENM3Dx)
- Optional sensor: 3-axis AMR for applications requiring higher sensitivity at lower field ranges (<1 mT)
- Magnetic field range: ~10 uT – 4 T
- Spatial resolution: <100 um
- Sensor-to-object-distance : ~0.5 mm (including ~0.35 mm inside the IC capsule)
- Optional: Sample heating up to 200 C
