We offer microscopy training tailored to your specific needs either at your location with your equipment or with our equipment at RISE. Whether you want to improve your sample preparation, increase image quality, or get more out of your own microscope, the course is tailored to your needs and challenges.

Food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and packaging often have a complex microstructure with different phases on multiple length scales. By designing the microstructure, you can control the properties of your product. We help with

Sample preparation is extremely important for obtaining good microscopy results and we can help you find the preparation technique that is best suited for your materials. At RISE we offer several different preparation methods including staining of different components, some very specific staining methods such as immunolabeling and analysis of different dynamic processes. We alternate theory and practice in the training with either light microscopy (LM), confocal laser microscopy (CLSM) or electron microscopy (SEM and TEM). The lectures are offered in Swedish and English.
