Method
SS-EN 16637 simulates long-term (64 days) water exposure to identify the release of inorganic and non-volatile organic compounds from building materials.
SS-EN 12457 consists of four parts that differ from each other through different leachate to solid phase ratios (L/S) and grain size. Simulates different scenarios through water shake tests.
SS-EN 14429 method assesses the leaching behavior of waste materials under different pH conditions, in particular by adding acid or base initially.
