Cutting of reinforcing materials for composites
RISE offers rational cutting of most existing reinforcing materials in the composite industry.
Purpose
We offer rational cutting of most of the existing reinforcing materials, such as mats and fabrics of glass, carbon and aramid fibers. Edge cutting of core material is also excellent. The cutting width is 1.7 m and cutting lengths - up to 10 m are no problem. Cutting data is generated through both CAD programs and digitization tables.
Manual cutting of reinforcing material is a time-consuming and stressful task. Instead, we offer composite companies to buy pre-cut reinforcement delivered in finished ¨kit¨, which opens the door to a more rational production and a better working environment. Measurement accuracy becomes very high where the materials are ready to be directly deposited into the tool - often for vacuum injection.
