I’m especially drawn to circular solutions, sustainability in the restaurant world, and creating smarter ways to prevent food waste at every step of the food chain. Curiosity is my fuel. I love tackling challenges, rethinking traditions, and exploring how food cultures and food habits shape our world.
My journey blends hands-on experience as a chef with academic studies in PR & communication, culinary arts, and gastronomy, along with project and process management roles in both businesses and NGOs.
