Expertise and advanced analysis methods
At RISE, we combine research, solid experience, and advanced analysis methods to identify and prevent problems at an early stage. Our experts have extensive knowledge in the analysis of concrete, binders, and natural stone, and we work with methods such as petrographic analysis, micro-X-ray, and testing of shotcrete and surface protection products to ensure the quality and function of the materials.
Testing and auditing
RISE performs both accredited and non-accredited testing, and our laboratory is accredited for over 70 methods within concrete, binders, ballast, and natural stone. At our field test sites, concrete is exposed to natural environments, with and without the influence of sea and road salt.
RISE is a notified body for several areas within the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). The tests that manufacturers declare in their DoP and that the notified body reviews during audits are covered by the tests we can perform in our laboratory. This means that our auditors at the customer's premises have extensive knowledge and expertise, even when it comes to the tests themselves. We can assist with the entire chain from sampling and testing to auditing.
