Center for technical cleanliness

The Center for technical cleanliness, CFR, is a membership program where we gather Swedish companies' common research and development needs in the area of cleanliness.

As a member of the Center for technical cleanliness, you have access to a comprehensive and sustainable development resource. Projects within the Center for technical cleanliness will focus on applied research and development of today's processes and products as well as new alternative processes. Areas that will be highlighted are cleanliness in the manufacturing industry:

  • Particle cleanliness (technical cleanliness)
  • Cleanliness regarding process fluids and oils
  • Fat and salts
  • Production logistics. Packaging, storage and transport and its impact on component cleanliness

Through the centre's operations, a sustainable and long-term competence build-up related to cleanliness issues in the Swedish manufacturing industry is ensured. Members decide on project proposals at a member meeting once a year.
