Jessica works as a senior researcher at RISE - the department Prototyping society, the unit Technologies for Interaction. Her greatest interest lies in what happens in the interaction between humans, technology and society. With that understanding, you can design relevant, responsive services, products and ecosystems as support for, for example, promoting people's behavioral changes in terms of lifestyle and health. Always with the individual's needs at the center. Added to this is a strong interest in design methods. Jessica has a Master's degree in Ergonomic design and production from LTU, Luleå, majoring in Industrial Design and completed her dissertation about Users haptic product experiences in the subject Human - Technology - Design at the Design & Human Factors department at Chalmers.
