2026 EURAMET Workshop on Dynamic Measurements of Mechanical Quantities

This two-day workshop is organized within the framework of EURAMET CaBuCo (Capacity Building Coordination) and aims to address the growing demand for accurate and reliable dynamic measurements. It will bring together experts from National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) across Europe and beyond to establish a common understanding of current challenges and future opportunities in dynamic metrology. 

We are pleased to welcome you on 3 March at approximately 08:30, with the workshop concluding around 15:00 on 4 March. A social event will be held in the evening of the first day. 

NOTE: This event will be held in-person only and priority will be given to EURAMET members. Online participation will be available only to selected speakers.

Registration and registration fees 

100 € (excl. VAT) for workshop, social dinner, lunches and snacks during coffee breaks. 

Number of participants is limited to 70. 

Travel information 

For travel by plane, the closest international airport is Landvetter airport outside of Gothenburg. Transit from the airport to Borås (Landvetter Flygplats to Borås C / Resecentrum) can be made with bus (https://www.flixbus.se/ or https://www.vybuss.com/) or taxi (https://boka.sverigetaxi.se/en/). Hotel accommodation is available in Borås and each participant is responsible for booking their own accommodation. To travel from Borås central station to RISE, busses leave regularly from Borås C to the closest bus stop ‘symfonigatan’. Line 2, 5, 8, 151, 110 all go directly and take between 5 and 15 minutes (https://www.vasttrafik.se/).
