Additive Intelligence 4.0 | Conference 2026

On March 12-13, 2026, the Additive intelligence 4.0 Conference returns to the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre (Svenska Mässan) in Gothenburg. We warmly invite you to join us for this key event in additive manufacturing!

Additive intelligence 4.0 is a recurring conference that covers the entire value chain of additive manufacturing (3D printing), spanning from the initial stages of design and material development to the subsequent processes of production, post-processing, quality assurance, and the introduction of new business models. Whether you're keen on staying updated with the latest innovations or are eager to delve into best practices in the field, this conference gives you access to expert perspectives and real-world examples of additive manufacturing’s growing influence across industries.

Just like last time, the 2026 conference will take place at Svenska Mässan, alongside Underhållsmässan – Europe’s premier maintenance trade fair.

Conference, Tech Talks, and exhibition

As an attendee, you can look forward to captivating presentations and discussions on some of the most pressing topics in the field. You’ll also find a dedicated exhibition and an open Tech Talk stage in Hall E, where you can explore the latest in additive manufacturing and see first-hand how it connects with modern maintenance practices.

Additive intelligence 4.0 is organised by the Application Center for Additive Manufacturing (AM Center) at RISE, in close collaboration with SVEAT, AM4Life, CAM2, and of course, Svenska Mässan, with support from the European Union and Region Västra Götaland. Through this partnership, we’ve built a strong and influential national platform in Sweden for all those interested in exploring and harnessing the potential of additive manufacturing.

Open for registration

Registration is live, so don’t miss the chance to claim your spot! The conference spans two days, but the ticket grants you access to the entire Maintenance Trade Fair.

Registrations are still open.
You are very welcome to register, but please note that catering (lunch, refreshments and the conference dinner) can no longer be guaranteed for registrations made after 24 February, as part of our efforts to minimise food waste.

We hope you will still join us for two days of inspiring discussions and insights in additive manufacturing.

Testimonials

I'm very impressed by the conference. Having been engaged in industrial research and development for a considerable time, I can attest that gathering such a diverse range of international stakeholders – from companies and research arenas across Europe – is no small feat. I must tip my hat; I was genuinely impressed.

Cecilia Warrol, Former Programme Director
Produktion2030

These forums, bringing together diverse stakeholders across the entire value chain, and shedding light on both the potential and challenges of the technology, are invaluable for fostering collaboration, both domestically and globally.

Natalia Svensson Harari, Programme manager in industrial development
Vinnova

I think it's advantageous to combine academia and industry in this manner. It offers a comprehensive view of the developments in additive manufacturing and serves as gateway to new collaborations.
