Testing of complete battery packs
Verify the entire system – including battery modules, BMS, cooling systems, and electrical and mechanical components – in an integrated and realistic test environment.

Climate and thermal testing
Ensure functionality and durability under extreme temperatures (–40 °C to +120 °C) and varying humidity (10–98% RH), corresponding to real driving and storage conditions.

Cycling and performance verification
Conduct cycling and RPT tests at high power (up to 450 kW) to analyze capacity, degradation, and system behavior over time.

BMS verification and in-depth analysis
Integrate with the BMS and access detailed data at cell and module level – including voltage, current, and temperature – to optimize control strategies and safety functions.

Production and quality assurance
Verify battery packs in production-like environments to ensure requirements for functionality, quality, and safety are met before delivery.

Test capacity that meets real-world demands

To simulate real loads and environmental conditions, our climate chambers are designed for high power, flexibility, and safe operation:

  • Seven climate chambers for parallel testing
  • Large test volume: 2200 × 3500 × 2600 mm per chamber
  • Temperature range: –40 °C to +120 °C
  • Humidity range: 10% RH to 98% RH
  • Two test channels per chamber
  • Up to 1200 A and 1000 V per channel
  • Power capacity: 250 kW / 450 kW (parallel configurable)

Together, this enables testing of complete battery packs under conditions that reflect real-world usage, from extreme climates to high-load scenarios.
