We live in a transformative age. Globalisation, automatisation, digitalisation and urbanisation  challenge business models and knowledge requirements. To uphold a knowledge society – both industry and public sectors need to go through some sort of upskilling or knowledge development. Lack of competency is a serious threat to jobs, organisations and society. That is why we need actions and systems to support the need for upskilling and ongoing knowledge development. Upskill activities are already up and running in China and several European countries.
