Artificial intelligence makes new demands on privacy
What about a shirt that improves the quality of life for epileptics? Or a fridge that tells you when it’s empty? Artificial intelligence is the science of intelligent machines – and the technology to create them. In practice, these are computers with an extreme capacity for handling enormous amounts of data. Here in Sweden, we are at the forefront of digitalisation and it is vital that we utilise the opportunities offered by AI. However, new demands are made on privacy and security when computers make decisions on our behalf.
