The network gathers relevant actors along the drinking water chain, such as manufacturers, industries associations, drinking water suppliers, authorities, and researchers, who are interested in the topic of materials and products in contact with drinking water.
The network offers the opportunity to exchange on current legislations, up-to-date research, industries challenges as well as materials and products development. The network maintains close contact with the European Commission and national authorities on the coming legislation and approval systems for materials and products in contact with drinking water. We also regularly invite other European stakeholders to present at our seminars (RTOs, industries, water suppliers) and exchange on best practices in the field. Our members get the opportunity to meet annually through two seminars. We also send a newsletter every year where essential information regarding materials and products in contact with drinking water are given.
