A word from our CEO
In 2025, RISE achieved record-high scores for customer satisfaction and brand awareness, whilst also being named Sweden’s most attractive employer. The outside world has spoken. The need for applied research and innovation has never been greater than it is today.
As we look back on the year, we can see that 2025 was a year shaped by the times we live in. In addition to our ongoing research, we have clearly focused on solutions for the adaptability of industry and the public sector, contingency planning and dual-use applications.

Hur kan polyester bli en del av lösningen för en mer hållbar textilindustri? Det var huvudfrågan när RISE samlade forskare och industripartners i ett webbinarium den 25 september 2025. Fokus låg på kemisk återvinning, en teknik som kan föra textilindustrin närmare cirkularitet och minska beroendet av jungfruliga råvaror.
