DELAS - Sustainable business models for shared mobility services

DELAS aims to develop a sustainable business and governance model for shared mobility services in Silokvarteren, part of the Mälarporten urban redevelopment project. The area is being transformed from industrial land and surface parking into a mixed-use district with new homes, workplaces, and sustainable mobility solutions.

The project will develop and test a long-term business and collaboration model for shared mobility services, while also exploring how these services can be integrated into the physical planning of Silokvarteren through the new detailed development plan.

The model will clarify the roles and responsibilities of the municipality, property owners, mobility providers, and other relevant stakeholders. It will establish a framework for coordinated delivery of shared mobility services and create the conditions needed to ensure their long-term viability and availability.
