Interested of datadriven problem solving, from analysis of the smallest of microscopy samples, to optimizing the flow through a whole industry. Works mostly in research and development projects linked to the sawmill and wood industry.
Daily work includes developing new measurement methods, moddeling, image analysis, multivariate statistics, and data analysis.
I am fully convinced that basically all of today's processes can be improved, especially with the great advances being made in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
