Mikael Mangold leads a small research group which makes analyses of comprehensive national building-specific information. The analyses are mostly made to serve as basic data for authorities, primarily Boverket and Framtidenkoncernen. The focus of the research is mostly on segregation and energy efficiency in relation to EU, national and local targets.
Mikael Mangold also works in the field of humanitarian aid, specializing in water, sanitation, solid waste and coordination. Field missions are done for MSF and MSB.
