Kristin is a Usability Researcher helping clients evaluate usability and UX within all stages of the design and product development process. She has a MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, with a focus on Usability, Service Design and Ergonomics.
Before joining Rise, Kristin has experience working with household appliances, within the automotive industry and with forest cutting equipment.

Kristin's department is responsible for the testbed UX Lab, located in Kista, were a various of user tests can be carried out.
