I work as a Project Manager and Chemical Engineer at RISE within the Corrosion and Material Durability Department, where I lead a diverse portfolio of projects focused on materials used in the energy and process industries. I also manage the Membership Research Consortium (MRC) Corrosion Properties of Polymers, which gathers the whole value chain from plastic suppliers, technology providers, and industrial end-users, focusing on demanding chemical environments.
My work spans a wide range of applications, including chemical process industries, electrical motors, and carbon capture and storage (CCS/CCUS) where the main goal is to translate research into practical, sustainable material solutions that meet industrial needs. My role combines technical leadership with close collaboration alongside industry partners, ensuring that research outcomes deliver measurable real-world impact.
