Anna works with research projects and contract work in the field of sustainable seafood, using life cycle assessment (LCA) as a foundation. The work aims to identify opportunities for improvement in seafood production and consumption, both in Sweden and internationally. The focus is on reducing environmental impacts within fisheries and aquaculture, as well as promoting sustainable seafood consumption patterns.
