Infrastructure for producing nanocellulose from different types of pulp at a capacity up to 100 kg per day.
This infrastructure is a flexible equipment for the production of nanocellulose of the MFC (Microfibrillated Cellulose) type.
The nanocellulose is produced through a combined enzymatic and mechanical pre-treatment. The setup includes a mill for pulp refining, a reaction vessel for the enzymatic pre-treatment, and a homogenizer for the final delamination of the fiber.
The equipment is designed to produce 100 kilograms of nanocellulose per day and can also be combined with our infrastructures and competences in paper and board production.
