The registration for NFSD 2026 is open!
The registration fee includes:
- Participation at the conference (2days)
- Lunch and Coffee breaks during the conference
- Conference Dinner
- Digital version of the Book of Abstracts
- Access to the digital conference guide (event app)
Student discount
Students receive a 50% discount on the conference fee.
Note! To receive the student discount, a student ID or certificate must be presented.

*All fees are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added with 25%. VAT can in some cases be refunded.
VAT-refund
VAT (Value Added Tax) rules for a physical conference imply that all delegates will be charged 25 % VAT, but the VAT can be reclaimed in most cases.
The VAT will be specified on the invoice. Hence, a valid VAT or tax registration number for your company organisation must be provided with the registration.
