The registration for NFSD 2026 will open soon.
The registration fee includes:
- Participation at the conference (2days)
- Lunch and Coffee breaks during the conference
- Conference Dinner
- Digital version of the Book of Abstracts
- Access to the digital conference guide (event app)
Student discount
Students receive a 50% discount on the conference fee. Please contact event coordinator Linnéa Hemmarö (contact info below) for more information and registration link.
Note! To receive the student discount, a student ID or certificate must be presented.

*All fees are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added with 25%. VAT can in some cases be refunded.
VAT-refund
VAT (Value Added Tax) rules for a physical conference imply that all delegates will be charged 25 % VAT, but the VAT can be reclaimed in most cases.
The VAT will be specified on the invoice. Hence, a valid VAT or tax registration number for your company organisation must be provided with the registration.
Method of payment
Card payment only. You pay with card in connection with your registration.
