Welcome to the Center for Industrial and urban symbiosis

Center for Industrial and urban symbiosis is now being established and will be a national resource center for industrial and urban symbiosis (IUS), in cooperation between different sectors, locally and regionally. By building up a long-term sustainable symbiosis, society can make use of resources and contribute to the climate transition of business, regions and municipalities. Coordination takes place within RISE, which collaborates with all Swedish regions, municipalities and private sectors who concretely seek development within IUS. This creates both new business and new projects with all these regions and municipalities, which leads to more sustainable solutions within regions and most value chains, also to international projects and businesses.
