Materials for use in wet areas
The only facility in Sweden where research, testing, evaluation, damage investigations, calculations and certification are carried out in the field of materials for use in wet areas and water damage.
The test beds includes wet room and water damage area. A wide variety of things can be done, such as:
- Testing according to many standardized methods, mainly according to ETAG 022 for pre-testing as the basis for certification
- Special tests, for example: prefabricated bathroom modules, aids for disabled people, etc.
- Damage investigations
- Moisture calculations of different kinds of wet areas
- Certification of wet room products and construction for use in wet areas (CE- and P-marking)
This unique environment makes it possible to investigate all possible scenarios in research and evaluation of construction for use in wet areas
