Change management

Municipalities, regions and companies are facing several major changes involving many people who are going to change their behavior in areas such as care and welfare, digitalization and AI, and the green transition. Any change in a business, e.g. in project form, involves people and also requires a change at the individual level. Developing the business or new services involves a time of transition for the business and thus increased costs. To minimize these, a change management strategy and plan can be used.

The statistics indicate that too many people are failing in their change projects. Often the failure is about not taking the people who are going to undergo change into sufficient account, which leads to the results of the change not taking place or taking too long time. The faster the people in the business can change, the faster the expected results are achieved. In this way, the success of a project can be reinforced by involving managers and employees early in the process of creating understanding, will and commitment.
