Testbed for accelerated corrosion testing

Climate chamber testing is used to compare the corrosion resistance of different materials and material combinations in different atmospheric environments. We offer a large number of accelerated tests in corrosion chambers, climate cabinets and salt mist chambers.

Testbed for accelerated corrosion testing offers tests in climate cabinets equipped to vary the environment during exposure time in a controlled manner. The parameters that are varied are primarily temperature, humidity, salinity, UV light and the addition of corrosive gases. The design of the test is adapted to the conditions to be simulated.

Corrosion testing is used to select or evaluate materials, pre-treatment, surface treatment, coating, design, corrosion protection and for quality control.

We can assist with suggestions for appropriate testing depending on what is being investigated.
