In many contexts, there are problems with short-termism, lack of incentives, organizational silos, and unclear objectives, especially when it comes to prevention and early intervention.
We want to respond to these with developed forms of cooperation, financing models, and an improved capacity to measure effects for both society and individuals.
SHIC is an independent knowledge hub that, in collaboration with the public sector and civil society, designs and tests solutions to incentivize cooperation, governance toward needs-centered outcomes, and increased learning on the way.
Through work at the national and local level with both strategic and practical efforts, we build capacity for long-term and effective welfare investments.
