Social and Health Impact Center (SHIC)
SHIC is an independent knowledge platform that, in collaboration with the public sector and civil society, designs and tests solutions that mobilizes stakeholders, steer toward needs-centered outcomes, and create learning along the way.
SHIC accelerates the transition toward proactive and purposeful welfare solutions, with a focus on improving social and health-related outcomes.
In many contexts, there are issues related to short-sightedness, lack of incentives, siloed organizational structures, and unclear objectives.
At SHIC, we address these challenges through enhanced collaboration methods, funding models, and improved capacity to measure outcomes for both society and individuals.
The SHIC team has deep knowledge of change and innovation management, economics, health economics and data analysis and visualisation. We combine this with our senior expertise in implementing new interventions, governance models, outcomes based procurement and Social Outcomes Contracting in public sector.
Together with our partners, we are building capacity for long-term investments in health and social outcomes.
Although our main focus is Sweden, we are also working in international collaborations and projects.
