RISE has test environments for evaluating solutions made from different materials and at different scales, from prototypes to large-scale structures of up to 9.5 metres. Test your solutions without investing in your own equipment.

Testbed for 3D-concrete printing

The testbed offers the development of materials for concrete 3D printing (both one- and two-component), design, prototyping and validation in connection with other testbeds at RISE. The robot arm on a track enables the printing of objects with unique maximum dimensions of 9.5x3x3 meters.

Model manufacturing

Our facilities for designing, building and outfitting of models for all kinds of model tests include milling machines for hulls and propellers, paint box, a team of measurement engineers and a workshop for the assembly of hulls, propellers, rudders and other appendages.
