I work with innovation and business development, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). My main areas of expertise are digitalisation, AI and business development, with an emphasis on how new technologies can be translated into tangible value for companies. I also work with the digital supply chains of the future, where technologies such as additive manufacturing and digital inventories are creating new opportunities.
An important part of my work is seeing the bigger picture, understanding the challenges companies face, and connecting the right people, expertise and organisations. I am extensively involved in regional development and project-funded initiatives within RISE and the Propell innovation environment, as well as in national and international collaborations. I have extensive experience in leading and participating in international projects and am involved, among other things, in RISE’s engagement in the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH).
My background includes senior management roles in larger organisations as well as serving as CEO of several smaller companies. This has given me experience in both strategic development and the practical realities of running a business, along with a strong understanding of what it takes to move from idea to implementation.
Outside work, I manage my own forest property and enjoy spending time in the woods – whether with my dog, a rifle, a chainsaw or a mushroom basket.
