
Teresa works broadly with water and wastewater services. She is interested in the renovation rate of water and sewer networks, increased security for drinking water facilities, digitalization of water and wastewater data (networks, water meters), upstream work, procurement, regulations, tariffs, communication, strategic planning and digitalization within the water sector, circular adaptation, and nutrient management.
She is also interested in cross-sectoral collaboration between water services and other public responsibilities such as Environment, Urban Planning, Waste Management, Streets and Parks, as managers of public spaces.
Teresa holds a degree in agronomy (soil science) with a specialization in environmental science and water management.
